Glossary of Terms:

This guide serves to help you understand each of the rooms and people suited to that room.

1.    Single Rooms are defined as rooms suitable for one person within cluster flats of between four and six people.  The rooms include a single bed, a study desk, storage and a washbasin. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared. There are two bathrooms per cluster flat.

2.    Double Rooms are defined as rooms suitable for one person. The room includes a ¾ size bed, a study desk, storage and en-suite bathroom facilities. Kitchen and communal areas are shared.

3.    Twin Sharer Studios are defined as rooms suitable for two people. The room includes two single beds, a study desk, storage, an individual kitchen with equipment and en-suite bathroom facilities.

4.    Studio Apartments are defined as self contained apartments. Each apartment includes a double bed, a study desk, storage, a lounge area, en-suite bathroom facilities and a kitchen with a combination microwave, hob and fridge.
